Something else that you may not know about me is that I love it when the kids have school activities. Not the kind when there is just something to do at school like a dance or movie night, but the kind where the kids get a chance to show something they are proud of (unless it's singing, that's a post for a different day). We have had two such events at the middle school recently and I have to confess I just love it!

Did you get teary-eyed? I totally would have. I can watch a group of other peoples children performing and have to fight back tears. Jason can't wait for the days of science fairs. All that useless knowledge and love for experimenting of his will finally be put to use!
